Conceived and implemented a multi-level Global SSOT dashboard built as a single glass pane view with a close to fully automated data sources with real-time, in quarter, data insights into trends. Reduced over-engineering and aggregation cost by 82% to 5 days, realising a global labor saving of 68 days at 32 sites.

Led grand opening celebrations, first day(s) of business, supporting early turn-over of our facilities (90,000 m2), managing project and communication across 8 cross-functional teams in support to a team of ∼100 team members , press event with 80 guests and celebration with +200 guests in attendance.

Launched and coordinated regional community outreach and community grants programs, to an average annual contribution of ∼1.5 million DKK year on year.
