Implementation of standardized operational performance metrics across global data center sites (SSOT dashboard), reducing data processing time and supporting process optimization. Dashboard built as a single glass pane view with close to fully automated data sources with real-time, in-quarter data insights into trends. Reduced over-engineering and aggregation cost by 82% to 5 days, realising a global labor saving of 68 days at 32 sites.
Leading workplace engagement and employee experience programs across data center operations, collaborating with People Operations, Legal, Facilities, and DEI teams.
Design and implementation of onboarding processes, wellness programs, and culture campaigns tailored to local and global needs.
Partnership with leadership to drive change management initiatives, support behavioral adoption of new workplace practices, and align with global HR strategies.
